Sébastien Vallet

Thanks to Sebastien, we now offer offshore cryogenic tanks to our oil and gas customers. In 2023, he successfully brought on board our first clients and established strong relationships with key players in the gas industry. Pierre-Aymar has over 10 years of experience working for English companies in the Piping and Bag in Box container markets where he has provided expert advice and services in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Food, Pharma, Cosmetics . His sales background coupled with an appetite for industrial engineering allowed him to seamlessly transition into the tank industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and technical skills. Accounting Manager
Catherine, with nearly 40 years at Socomat, is the repository of our company’s institutional memory, particularly in accounting matters. Her detailed knowledge of every tank and its financial history is unparalleled. Catherine’s meticulous approach to financial management ensures that our operations remain cost-effective and financially sound. Aziz Smires
Chief Accountant
Aziz has been our Chief Accountant since 1 December 2025 and has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management. After five years as assistant chief accountant and nearly twenty years as accounting manager, he has developed solid expertise in financial management. With a background in financial leasing, where he worked for fifteen years, he brings strong skills in analysing the profitability of leased assets. In particular, he has implemented tools for analysing performance by leased property and by sales representative, helping to strengthen the economic management of the business.
Chantal Van der Meer
Technical assistant
Chantal is our technical assistant, who joined Socomat in April 2025. Discreet, always smiling and extremely dedicated, Chantal combines rigour, technical expertise and a sense of teamwork. Her career in various container depots has given her extensive experience in supervising technicians in her previous roles, and she now brings a structured, reliable and valuable vision to Socomat. Behind her impressive career, she is above all a committed professional, attentive and recognised for her reliability, all qualities that are essential to the smooth running of our organisation.
